Most therapy is open-ended. This one isn't. At Humble Warrior, I work within a clear 10-session structure. No drifting, no vague progress, just focused, evidence-based work with a defined beginning, middle, and end.

We start with psychological assessments that give us a real picture of your patterns. They shape the entire program and give us something to measure against when we review progress at Session 9.

The focus is relationships and self-worth; the two areas that quietly affect almost everything else..

I'm Trinity Reda, a CBT and Schema Therapy trained psychologist, currently completing my doctorate in Medical Psychology at Charles University.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of our session, there’s a 75% fee (1125 CZK for individual sessions, 1575 CZK for couples) to cover the time reserved for the session. I appreciate your understanding.
Yes, sessions can be held either in person or online. Just please let me know at least 2 hours in advance if you need to switch formats.
If goals aren't met in 10 sessions, we first need to figure out why. Then there would be 2 options:

1. I can offer an additional 3-5 sessions to consolidate specific unfinished work. This doesn't mean reopening the whole program, but just a targeted extension on one or two things that need more time.

2. Maintenance session. This would be a single session, 4-6 weeks after the program ends. Often, clients discover they've integrated more than they realized once they've had space, and no further sessions are needed.
The assessments are short questionnaires, about 15 minutes total, and they're actually what makes this program different from regular therapy. Instead of spending the first few sessions figuring out where to start, we come in already knowing your patterns. It also means at the end we can look at real data together and see exactly what shifted. I'll send them to you before our first meeting so no time is wasted in the session.
